Common questions
I verified my code but can't sign in.

Make sure you're using the same email or phone you signed up with. If you signed up before passwords were introduced, use "Forgot password" to set one up.

I won — how do I get paid?

Add your bank details in Account → Payout Details. Once we confirm the results, prizes are processed within 3–5 business days.

I didn't get my verification code.

Check your spam/junk folder for emails. For SMS, make sure your number includes the country code (e.g. +234 for Nigeria). Wait 2 minutes before requesting a new code.

Can I stop receiving text messages?

Reply STOP to any SMS from us. You can also switch to email-only verification by adding your email in Account settings.

How do I delete my account?

Email admin@whogowin.com with your request. We'll process it within 30 days.
