WhoGoWin ("we", "us", "our") is a free-to-play football prediction and trivia platform operated from Nigeria. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in prize-eligible competitions. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. WhoGoWin reserves the right to verify your age and disqualify accounts that do not comply.

WhoGoWin is completely free to play. We do not charge entry fees. Prizes are funded by WhoGoWin or by league sponsors where applicable and are clearly labelled before you join.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage — or allowing others to use your account — will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, or any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. WhoGoWin reserves the right to disqualify any account suspected of unfair play without prior notice.

Predictions and trivia answers must be submitted before the lock time shown on each fixture (90 minutes before kickoff). Late submissions will not be accepted. Results are graded based on official match outcomes.

Prize winners are determined solely by points earned through gameplay. In the event of a tie, the earliest submission timestamp determines the winner. Prizes are paid to the bank account saved in your Account settings. WhoGoWin is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect payout details.

You may update your bank account details up to twice in any 90-day period. After that, contact admin@whogowin.com. Every change requires OTP verification to prevent unauthorised modifications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are inactive for an extended period. Suspended accounts forfeit any accumulated points or pending prizes.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of WhoGoWin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
